Please add your group’s 6-digit service number on the memo line. If you do not know your group’s service number, contact the CNCA Registrar or the GSO Records and Groups desk.
Please write a return address on the envelope so we can mail you a receipt.
Before mailing, please ensure there is a date, signature, and that the amount in words and numbers is the name.
CNCA also receives contributions from events, conferences, districts, intergroups, and A.A. members, so please tell us which category the contribution is from if not a group.
